The Client Solutions Manager is a critical role within the Client Services Team. This role is tasked with overseeing Enevo performance across several customer relationships. The Client Solutions Manager is the primary conductor of the Enevo commitment to provide the highest quality service and continuous delivery of efficiency to its customers.
Location: The Candidate will be employed at Enevo’s office in Boston, MA, reporting to the Vice President of Client Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for Enevo customers
- Execution of responsibilities as defined by customer contracts and development of continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive solutions and communication
- Coordination of vendor services to meet customer needs
- Preparation of documentation for regular account reviews with customers
- Oversee projects involving coordination of customer and vendor stakeholders
- Review of financial analysis and development of profitability improvement strategies
- Liaising with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing departments to further enhance Enevo services
Expected knowledge and experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer facing sales or account management role
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience using cloud-based task management systems (such as a CRM)
- Passionate about sustainability
- Familiar with service industry working with restaurant, retail, commercial real estate, and/or hospitality segments
- Flexible and open to travel
